Shipping is free within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska, using USPS Priority or First Class Mail within 3 days of your purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for receipt of your order. Faster shipping is available for an additional cost.
Each item will be packaged in an anti-tarnish bag and gift box. Gift items can be shipped, gift-wrapped with a card, at no additional cost. You will be notified when your item ships.
If the order arrives damaged in shipping please contact the shipper immediately and notify me using the Contact page. Save all packaging for insurance claims.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return your order within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned item is received, you will be reimbursed using your original form of payment. Shipping/insurance costs will not be reimbursed.
To begin the return process, please contact me for a return authorization number and instructions.
Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind. However, if you like a design that is marked Sold, I can often replicate the piece. I can also customize my designs to your request.

Craftsmanship is guaranteed for the life of the item. Any changes made to the item by the purchaser will cancel the craftsmanship guarantee.
